| Prawn Curry(Chingudi Jhula) |
Ingredients:
- Oil as required
- 250 grams prawn(cleaned)
- 1 medium sized potato(boiled)
- 3 medium sized onions(finly chopped)
- 2 green chilies(chopped in two pieces)
- 1 Tomato(chopped)
- Chopped Coriander leaves
- 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste
- two pinch of cinnamon and cardamom powder
- Garam Masala
- Red chilly powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
Preparation Method:
Marinate prawns with turmeric powder and salt. Fry it till golden brown and keep it aside.
In a kadai, add 2 spoon of oil. Put the onions and green chilies. When the onion turn brown Add the ginger garlic paste. Now add tomato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and garam masala as per taste and fry it well. You can now add fried prawn and boiled potato and stir for minute. Add 2 cups of water and heat on high flame for 5-7 minutes. Keep it out of flame and add the cinnamon & cinnamon powder in it. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
